1 Introduction & Acceptance

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac76 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Creating an account using false or fabricated information
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party
• Assisting minors in accessing the platform

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Ac76 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the Terms & Conditions
• If evidence of false information is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• If bonus abuse is confirmed
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Upon account closure, any valid balance held by the member (if applicable and provided no terms have been violated) will be refunded. However, accounts closed due to prohibited activities will not be eligible for any refund.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team. Self-exclusion periods can be set for a minimum of 6 months or made permanent.
